and the King look around for his ... people overdue

but the race with the wind
the chase with the fire
will bring them back.......once again
from far too far ............ from the madding crowd

some got lost in paradise, some fell to rack and rain
some forgot the promise that they made that would........
bring them back again
others eating stones in the desert, like beggars in the dust
pretending to be blind ..........
with their hands before their eyes

return native gradually much the worse for wear
raise one finger to obscurity and let the music play
